5 Hour Wedding and Reception Package

Our 5 hour package is great for couples who want a simple, turn-key wedding and reception without the stress! 

This package is for up to 50 guests. Available Monday-Thursday any time, and Fridays and Sundays at or before 11:00 am (start time for wedding). This package is not available on Saturdays, or on Fridays and Sundays during the months of April, May, October, or November. 

We do not give pricing over the phone. Please fill out the information on our Contact page, and we'll email you with package pricing as soon as possible! 

 Includes the following:

• 5 hour venue rental (Your time starts 2 hours prior to your ceremony)
• Wedding cake (round cake included- square cake will be an extra charge)
• Music played for the ceremony
• Wedding coordinator for the ceremony and reception
• Officiant for the wedding ceremony-your choice of vows
• Complete set up and clean up for wedding ceremony and reception
• Complimentary cake-cutting service
• Up to 50 white chairs set-up for the wedding ceremony
• Guest tables (a combination of seated and bistro) inside the house, and outside in the garden
• Choice of overlay colors for the reception guest tables
• White linens and chairs with white chair covers for the inside reception guest tables
• Centerpieces for tables (hurricane globes, with fresh greenery on the round guest tables; silk seasonal centerpiece, fresh magnolia leaves, and candles on the buffet table)
• Surround sound speaker system for outside in the garden area. 
• Light hor d'oeuvre catering menu (option to upgrade to our heavy hors d'oeuvres menu for an additional charge)
