Signature Wedding and Reception Package

Our signature package that is designed to help take the stress out of planning your big day! Our beautifully decorated and landscaped venue combined with our event planning experience will ensure that you are able to enjoy your wedding and reception.

We do not give pricing over the phone. Please fill out the information on our Contact page, and we'll email you our package pricing as soon as possible! 

What We Include:

• Venue – You have use of 2 houses and gardens, one for the wedding, and the other for the reception, for 7 or 8 hours of rental time (time can be extended)
• 1 hour of rehearsal time
• Choice of heavy hors d’oeuvres or seated meal catering menu 
• Complete bar facilities – includes the ice, coolers and tubs, glassware, napkins, full set up and clean up. You provide the alcohol + mixers (if having a full bar)
• Wedding director/coordinator for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception – to ensure that your wedding day is as stress free as possible!   
• Planning -  we include up to 3 in person planning meetings with our package to make sure you feel comfortable with all the details!     
• Beautifully decorated reception space, so that you have to bring in only minimal decorations, if any! 
• Private dressing area for the bride and bridesmaids
• Ceremony chairs set up
• Tables, chairs, and bistro tables inside, and a combination of seated tables, bistro tables, and comfortable couches outside
• White linens and your choice of overlay for the inside tables  
• ​Centerpieces for the inside tables (fresh magnolia leaves, globes, and candles) and centerpiece for the food buffet (fresh greens and candles)
• Award winning landscaping. Our grounds are full of shrubs and trees that stay green year-round, so no matter what time of year your wedding takes place, you will always have a beautiful backdrop! 
• Set up and clean up before and after your event

• Full service staff for your reception 
• Permanent tent in the reception are that is decorated with string lights and a chandelier
• Fans in the summer, and heaters in the winter to keep your guests comfortable
• Surround sound speaker system for with background music for both the River Road House and Jasmine House garden areas
• Antique cake table, cake knife and server, silver pedestal cake stand, and champagne bucket
• Complimentary cake-cutting service
• The option for private dining for the couple prior to entering the reception (if doing heavy hors d'oeuvres)
• Toasting glasses for the couple during their toast
