Our signature package that is designed to help take the stress out of planning your big day! Our beautifully decorated and landscaped venue combined with our event planning experience will ensure that you are able to enjoy your wedding and reception.

What We Include:
Venue – You have use of 2 houses and gardens, one for the wedding, and the other for the reception, for 7 or 8 hours of rental time (time can be extended)
1 hour of rehearsal time
Choice of heavy hors d’oeuvres or seated meal catering menu
Complete bar facilities – includes the ice, coolers and tubs, glassware, napkins, full set up and clean up. You have the option of bringing in your own alcohol, or we can purchase it for you
Bartender – licensed bartender for 3 or 4 hours of serving time
Wedding director/coordinator for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception – to ensure that your wedding day is as stress free as possible!
Planning - we include multiple planning meetings with our package to make sure you feel comfortable with all the details!
Beautifully decorated reception space, so that you have to bring in only minimal decorations, if any!
Private dressing area for the bride and bridesmaids
Ceremony chairs set up
Tables, chairs, and bistro tables inside, and a combination of seated tables, bistro tables, and comfortable couches outside
White linens and your choice of overlay for the inside tables
Centerpieces for the inside tables (fresh magnolia leaves, hurricane globes, and candles) and centerpiece for the food buffet (fresh greens, with seasonal silk greens added)
Award winning landscaping. Our grounds are full of shrubs and trees that stay green year-round, so no matter what time of year your wedding takes place, you will always have a beautiful backdrop!
